AMG (Aguirre Management Group) is a full-service property management and real estate company serving Massachusetts, specializing in Worcester, Greater Boston, and the MetroWest area. Founded by Angel and Marlena Aguirre, AMG brings decades of operational expertise, local market insight, and a service-first approach focused on protecting your asset, improving performance, and strengthening tenant satisfaction.
Angel is a licensed Real Estate Agent, an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), and a Certified Property Manager Candidate (CPM-c) with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Administration and brings over 15 years of experience in both real estate and property management, working with some of the most respected firms across New England.
Angel has successfully managed diverse property types including Section 8 housing, condominium communities, single-family homes, and commercial assets. He has led teams of up to 50 professionals and is known for his ability to streamline operations, increase asset value, and build lasting client relationships.
In addition to his property management expertise, Angel provides full-service real estate support—assisting clients with buying, selling, and investing. This unique combination allows him to offer a holistic approach that helps clients protect and grow their investments at every stage of ownership.

Marlena Aguirre is the heart behind Aguirre Management Group. With a background as a licensed dietitian and years dedicated to raising her family, she brings a deep sense of care, sharp attention to detail, and a passion for doing things right. As co-founder, Marlena leads the firm’s administrative operations, marketing, and customer relations—ensuring that every client feels valued and every experience exceeds expectations. Her natural warmth, high standards, and eye for detail set the tone for how the company operates. For Marlena, it’s not just about managing properties—it’s about building trust, creating lasting impressions, and making people feel at home.
